The Larder
At The Larder on Goosegate, Nottingham we offer good honest British food using locally sourced ingredients, in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Our philosophy at The Larder, Nottingham, is to understand the provenance of all the ingredients we use in our kitchen. We only use independent suppliers and producers and do not use any National wholesalers for our food supply. Apart from our fish all of the key produce we use in the kitchen is sourced within 30miles of the restaurant.
At The larder we deal directly with all of our producers ensuring they get the best possible price for their hard work, and only use local businesses for other elements of the restaurant operation, like our laundry supply
Our menu, whilst offering some mainstay dishes such as 28 day hung Sirloin steak with handcut chips, is supported by a frequently changing specials board reflecting the best available produce from our suppliers.
Our dishes at The Larder, Nottingham, range across a wide choice of meat, vegetarian and fish dishes, and most of them can be modified to meet any guests dietary needs
