At SUSU organic we try to eat seasonal food, produced with care and feel great when we do! The main thing is to enjoy the delicious food available in this country, found online or at farmers markets and local shops, but if you slip off the 'ethical ladder' don't be too hard on yourself. Just do as much as you can and you will have 'done your bit'.
